Biomedical imaging and image analysis
Medical imaging and image analysis gathers wide spectrum of processes: from the physical background of the human body (organ or tissue) image or video acquisition procedure, computer processing of these acquisitions, extraction of relevant information from these images to the intuitive vizualization of these information for the clinical application. The excellence in this area requires combining knowledge from medicine, mathematics, physics and computer science.
